How long does delivery take?
We ship within 2 working days of payment, and usually the next working day. Most orders are shipped via An Post, so the actual delivery time will take as long as An Post normally takes. It's Ireland, it's An Post, so you know the answer for your own area better than we do.

Can I return an item if I don't like it or if it's damaged?
Yes, under certain conditions. Full details on our returns policy, and how you should return an item can be found here. Sasha Barry Jewellery is fully compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations.
What is the jewellery made from?
All our products are manufactured from nickle safe, base metal alloys and plated with various coatings such as rhodium and silver for a long lasting finish.
Where, and under what conditions is it manufactured?
We source our jewellery from varied suppliers around the world. The bulk of the fashion jewellery is manufactured in China by small, family sized factories (5-50 people). We have visited many of these factories in person, and are happy with the working conditions we found.
Does the jewellery come in a box?
Usually not. All of our necklaces and bracelets come packed in padded jiffy bags. Only our hair accessories and watches come in boxes.
Do you have all the items in stock, or will I need to wait?
Every item available for sale is in stock, ready to be packed and shipped. If we sell out, you won't be allowed to add it to your basket.
Can I pay by phone?
No. We accept online payments only, via PayPal, credit card, and laser card.

Do you deliver outside Ireland?
No, not at this time. We are an Irish company, and for the time being are restricting our online sales to the island of Ireland - north and south. In the future, we expect to expand to other countries.
